New Western University Signs Memorandum of Understanding with National Aviation University of Ukraine to Foster Joint Aerospace Talent Development
Recently, New Western University from Covina, California, USA, officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lviv Polytechnic National University, Ukraine, marking a significant step forward in fostering deeper international cooperation in education, research, innovation, and cultural exchange.
Dr. Kevin Liu, President of New Western University, and Caroline Pan, Founder and Board Member, attended the signing ceremony alongside Prof. Oleg Matviykiv, Vice-Rector of Lviv Polytechnic, and Prof. Natalia Shakhovska, Director of the Institute of Computer Science and Information Technology.
During the event, Dr. Kevin Liu expressed his admiration for Lviv Polytechnic and its spirit of innovation: “Today’s visit to Lviv has been truly inspiring for me. I was deeply impressed by how your university openly embraces innovation and keeps pace with the times. There was a strong sense of collaboration and a shared desire to learn and grow together. The depth of your scientific projects and the enthusiasm for international cooperation are particularly remarkable. This MoU establishes a solid foundation for long-term collaboration in education, scientific research, innovation, and cultural exchange, aiming to drive the development of innovations in information technology, software engineering, and artificial intelligence through international cooperation.
