A New Horizon of US-Ukraine Collaboration: New Western University and Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University Forge a Partnership for the Future
Kyiv, September 25, 2025 – On September 25, New Western University awarded the title of Honorary Professor to Dr. Natalia Shakhovska, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Rector of Lviv Polytechnic National University, Doctor of Technical Sciences, and Professor.
The honorary diploma was presented by NWU President, Dr. Kevin Liu.
This recognition honors Dr. Shakhovska’s many years of distinguished scientific and organizational work, her contributions to the advancement of technical sciences, and her significant achievements in education and international cooperation.
The awarding of this honorary title also reflects NWU’s ongoing commitment to fostering partnerships with leading global scholars and to integrating Ukrainian scientific accomplishments into the broader international academic community.
