On May 9, 2022, the German office of RICEC will open for public. The German office will continue to serve students and scholars for Ukraine project, and join hands with friends to carry out international humanitarian assistance. A thousand sails pass by the wrecked ship, and 10,000 saplings shoot up beyond the withered tree. We welcome visitors from all directions in Europe.
